Frozen Blender Drinks Applejack Flip

Serves 2

 

2 2/3 jiggers

1 egg

2 teaspoons sugar

½ cup shaved ice

Chill all ingredients and place chilled container of electric blender. Cover and blend for 20 seconds. Pour into 6- ounce glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg.

 Bath Cure

Fill an electric mixer ¼ full of cracked ice an add ½ ounce grenadine, 1 ounce each lemon, pineapple and orange juice, ½ ounce lime juice, 1 ½ ounce Jamaica rum, 1 ounce Puerto Rican Gold rum, 2 ounces light rum, 1 ounce 151 proof rum, 1 ½ ounce brandy, 1 ½ ounce vodka. Pour into 14-ounce glass that has been set in a mold of shaved ice. Add fruit and decorate ice mold with red and green liquids.

Time is the essence of the drink as served here. Shake not over 15 seconds in a electric mixer: small scoop of ice , 1 1/8 ounces each fresh lemon juice and whisky, one teaspoon bar sugar, serve in 6-ounce sour glass with maraschino cherry.

 Brandy Flip

Into Mixer: shaved ice, 1 ¼ ounces brandy, 1 whole egg, 1.2 teaspoon sugar. Mix at high speed. Pour into 61/2 ounce champagne cocktail glass. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

Milk from one coconut

2 wine glasses of brandy

2 wine glasses of Maraschino

½ teaspoon Angosture bitters

1 cup crushed ice

Blend until ice has melted

½ bourbon whisky

½ crème de cacao

1/3 lemon juice

Dash of grenadine syrup, serve in champagne glass

 Dixie Punch 

½ jigger gin

1 jigger Southern Comfort

½ jigger lime juice

2 dashes grenadine

½ slice pineapple

Mix drastically in an electric mixer, without ice. Then Pour onto shave ice in a mint julep goblet or Collins glass, decorate with a slice of orange.

 Florida Special 

Put into your blender

4 ounces of rum

2 level teaspoons granulated sugar

2 teaspoons Maraschino liqueur

Juice of medium lime

3 cups finely cracked ice

 

It is extremely important not to change the order of the ingredients

Blend ingredients for 20 seconds, the consistency should be like frozen sherbet.

 Grape-Vodka Froth 

Put into your blender glass

3 ounces of vodka

8 ounces of grape juice

Juice of ½ lemon

White of one egg

1 cup cracked ice

 

Blend on high speed about one and a half minutes and pour into chilled cocktail glasses.
